Utility Tri-State Opens its 6th Location in Siloam Springs

A commitment to service is aligned with continued sales growth

Utility Tri-State, Inc. has served its customers in Oklahoma and Arkansas with five locations. Despite having sales and service facilities readily accessible, an opportunity came along to enhance its presence and improve service to several of its largest customers.

Only 85 miles east of its Tulsa, Oklahoma headquarters and just 70 miles north of its Fort Smith, Arkansas facility, Utility Tri-State opened a new location in Siloam Springs, AR.

“Our dry van business is experiencing significant growth, and an opportunity came along that we knew would be of value to all of our customers. We bought an existing service business in order to better facilitate and service our trailer customers in the Northwest Arkansas market,” said Jeff Smith, President of Utility Tri-State.

Founded in 1973, in Tulsa, OK, Utility Tri-State, Inc. is a regional full service semi-trailer dealership. In addition to its new location, its other facilities are located in Fort Smith, Texarkana and Little Rock, AR and Oklahoma City, OK. All locations are authorized dealers for Utility Trailer Manufacturing Company reefers, dry vans and flatbed trailers. They also offer one of the largest inventories of used trailers, and provide service and parts to all makes and models of trailers.

Situated on 5 acres of land at 510 S. Lincoln Street, Siloam Springs, AR, Tri-State’s new full service facility is conveniently located 5 blocks north of U.S. Route 412. It houses 4 service bays and is now open for parts sales, trailer rentals and trailer sales. “We love the location and are getting ready to invest more in improvements,” added Smith.
