With the combined might of the Utility dealer network and the Aurora Parts network, Utility and CBNA customers can count on service and support across North America. While the all-new CBNA TRUs and UTILITY TrailerConnect telematics systems are built to last, drivers and fleet managers can rest assured any parts and services needed are now available throughout Utility’s extensive network of more than 125 dealers.

All CBNA aftermarket parts are now available via Aurora Parts through the Aurora ProFit program. Aurora boasts six strategically located parts distribution centers and more than 700 dealer locations across the US, Mexico, and Canada.

Since the CBNA TRUs feature one universal common-rail-diesel engine, one generator, one universal compressor, one door panel design, and one high-output remote evaporator, parts complexity is now a thing of the past. A comprehensive dealer network provides easier access to replacement parts, enabling dealers to provide 24/7 service for CBNA products.
