Southern States Utility Now Serving Western Tennessee

Expansion into Tennessee represents new opportunities stretching northward for Southern States Utility. The dealer has more than 40 years of experience in the region, with full-service facilities in Richland and Olive Branch, Mississippi, and Monroe, Louisiana.

The new Jackson, Tennessee, dealership is now open, extending regional customers’ access to comprehensive maintenance, repairs, and replacement components for Utility and Cargobull products. The facility features an 18,000-square-foot service department with 21 trailer bays—seven inside, 14 under a canopy— as well as a crane rated for 7.5 tons and an outdoor wash area.

Southern States Utility also offers mobile service and repairs within a 60-mile radius of its new facility at 112 E. L. Morgan Drive, Jackson, TN, 38305. The building houses an inventory of more than one million parts for all trailer makes and models, and the dealer can deliver to all parts of Western Tennessee.
