As business has grown, Ozark Utility, a fullservice dealer in Springfield, Missouri has again added capacity to its 5 acres. “After many years of trying to earn Prime’s business, we were fortunate and with the help of Hal and Paul Bennett to finally earn it 7 years ago,” said Estel Brackett, President of Ozark Utility. “As Utility’s business has grown, ours has grown with them.” This past year Ozark Utility added 3,500 more square feet of warehouse space. “Five years ago, we were selling anywhere from $50,000 to $75

,000 in parts. Today, that number has grown and we’re doing anywhere from $225,000 to $300,000 a month. Jake Halterman, our Parts Manager is doing a great job growing the business,” added Mr. Brackett. “Now with 7,000 square feet of warehouse space, we are able to order more and offer our customers better pricing.”
