Florida Utility Trailers Completes Construction On New Location
New location primed to become a sales and service leader
Unexpected delays can be costly and a major source of frustration, but as a wise person once said, “some things are just worth the wait.” That is what Florida Utility Trailers, Inc. believes. Construction is finally finished on their fourth facility, which is located in Hialeah, Florida.
“We acquired this property back in 2010, and there were challenges,” said Jack Beville, President of
Florida Utility Trailers. “The current location was originally an old Consolidated Freight crossdock operation. We knocked down the biggest portion of the crossdock to build the new Shop and Parts Warehouse. We completely re-modeled the existing office space. This process was lengthy and difficult due to a variety of regulatory issues. It took almost three years to complete, yet we believe it will be worth the effort.”
“We have a great opportunity to expand into the rental and leasing business and solidify our overall position in Florida. Business has grown and we haven’t even scratched the surface. We expect in the near future that Hialeah may end up being our largest location,” added Beville.
Florida Utility Trailers has full service dealerships located in Lakeland, Apopka, Tampa and Hialeah. Situated on 5 acres of land, the new facility has a 500 sq. ft. Parts Showroom, a 10,000 sq. ft. Parts Warehouse, and 10 service bays to service Southern Florida. It is located at 6425 E. 8th Avenue, Hialeah, Florida, 33013, eleven miles northwest of Miami.
