Carroll Gaillard Living The Retirement Life To Its Fullest

After 30 years in sales with Utility, Carroll Gaillard retired December 31, 2015. Carroll’s first job at Utility was working in the Tautliner® Sales Department. As a Regional Sales Manager based at Utility’s eastern sales office in Alpharetta, Georgia, Carroll contributed to Utility’s growth through building relationships with dealers and customers. As a National Accounts Manager, he was directly responsible for growing and managing the Penske national account.

In addition to his sales leadership, he was a team builder. “Carroll could command a room, which he often did,” said Sean Bicknell, Director of National Accounts for Utility. “Not only did he pursue building a great relationship with Penske, he built great relationships with his fellow employees.”

Carroll recently purchased a home in Winder, GA to be close to his children and four grandchildren, Jack, Anna, Mary Catherine, and Gracie. Carroll keeps busy with his grandchildren’s activities and is also an active member of the First Presbyterian Church of Athens.

Recently joining a Golf club near his community, Carroll plans to continue to enjoy the spoils of retirement and play golf weekly.

“Carroll has a voracious appetite for living life. We will miss his bellowing laugh and larger-than-life personality,” said Bicknell.
