Sales growth fuels another expansion into Coahuila

Taking care of customers has its reward—new customers, which many were located in an under served region of Mexico. To meet this demand, Utility Trailers de Mexico expanded and opened a new dealer location in the city of Torreón in the Mexican state of Coahuila. “Torreón is an important growing economic and industrial area. We have sold a large number of trailers and serviced this region for over 15 years through our full-service facility in Monterrey, which is 150 miles away,” said Gabriel Diaz, President and CEO of Utility Trailers de Mexico. “Our customers are very important to us and in order to meet their parts demands, we’ve decided to open this new facility which will enable us to provide better and faster service response times. It also provides a location for our trailer sales representatives to better support the Coahuila region.”

Utility Trailers de Mexico has been providing service out of Monterrey and will now be able to be more responsive from its Torreón facility. Torreón customer service hours are from 9:00 am to 5:00pm, however 24-hour emergency service is also available.
